GrowTrack Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GrowTrack subscriptions.

Subscriptions

GrowTrack is offered as a subscription service.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your GrowTrack account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You will retain access to paid features until the billing period ends.

We do not cancel accounts by email request for security reasons.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

This includes partial use of a billing period.

Refunds are only issued where required by law.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period.

No charges will be made if you cancel before the trial ends.

Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, standard billing rules apply.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge.

If payment is not resolved, access to paid features may be restricted or suspended.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may issue a discretionary refund.

This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

We recommend contacting support to resolve billing issues.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
